नमस्कार दोस्तों जैसा कि आप सभी लोग जानते हैं कि पूरे भारतवर्ष में लॉक डाउन चल रहा है ऐसे समय में हमें कोशिश करना चाहिए कुछ नया सीखने की जो हमारे समय की भी बचत करेगा और उस समय को व्यर्थ जाने पर रोकेगा इन दिनों में कुछ ऐसा ही कर रहा हूं मैं किचन में जाता हूं और अपनी मां और पत्नी की जरिए यह समझने की कोशिश करता हूं कि किचन में जो विविध तरह के रसायन खाद्य रूप में तैयार किए जाते हैं तो इसमें किस तरह का विज्ञान रहता है कि वह खाद्य पदार्थ खाने में बहुत ही स्वादिष्ट रखते हैं जैसा कि उदाहरण के लिए मैं आपको बताऊं मीठा हो गया नमकीन हो गया तीखा हो गया और ऐसे कहीं तरह के रस रसायन खाद्य पदार्थ के रूप में हमें मिलते हैं जिनका अपनी भूख को मिटाने के लिए ऐसे रसायनों में से आज मैंने एक रसायन जो कि ज्यादातर हम उसे मिष्ठान रस के रूप में लेते हैं वह है रवे और आटे के लड्डू जिसे घी और शक्कर के साथ बनाया जाता है और जब वह मैंने यह जाना कि उसमें खोपरा भी डाला जाता है तो उसमें और सोने पर सुहागा जैसा काम हो जाता है और उसके जब लड्डू तैयार हुए तो खाने में बड़े स्वादिष्ट इसे जिससे मुझे पता चला कि आप टेस्ट को और कितना बड़ा सकते हो खोपरे के जरिए और आटे को मिक्स करके उसे एक कितने टाइम के लिए सिकाई करना है कितने टाइम में उसमें टेस्ट लाना है मित्रों आज जो मैंने आपको अपने विचार प्रकट किए हैं इन विचारों को पढ़ने के लिए आपका बहुत-बहुत धन्यवाद।
