भाग्य बनाम नौकरी : अपने जुनून के बाद (Careers vs job : following your passion)

नमस्कार मित्रों भविष्य के विषय में हर इंसान चिंतित रहता है कि उसका आने वाला भविष्य कैसा होगा एक इंसान की पढ़ाई पूरी हो जाने के बाद यही ख्वाहिश होती है कि वह अच्छी नौकरी करें या व्यवसाय करें और खूब सारा पैसा कमा कर खुद भी खुश रहें और दूसरों को भी खुश रखे पर ऐसा बहुत सी बार संभव नहीं हो पाता है उनके लिए जिनके भविष्य के उद्देश्य नहीं होते और जिनके उद्देश्य के छोटे-छोटे टास्क निश्चित नहीं होते हमें अपने भविष्य को बनाने के लिए एक संयोजित योजना के तहत काम करना होता है।

                                      पर कई बार ऐसा होता है की नौकरी या व्यवसाय लग जाने के बाद भी इंसान संतुष्ट नहीं होता है उसे फिर भी अपने भविष्य की चिंता लगी रहती है प्राइवेट नौकरी वालों की अस्थाई नौकरी होने पर उन्हें वह चिंता सताती है व्यवसाय वालों को व्यवसाय की और सरकारी नौकरी में भले ही चिंता कम है पर थोड़ी बहुत अपने भविष्य की चिंता वह भी रखते हैं आगे क्या होगा फिर हमें यह जान लेना आवश्यक है कि हम आज जिस मुकाम पर काम कर रहे हैं अगर उसे बेहतर बनाया जाए तो हमारा आने वाला भविष्य भी अच्छा होगा इसके लिए हमें आगे की चिंता करने की आवश्यकता नहीं है और वर्तमान में ईमानदारी से काम करते हुए हमें वर्तमान में जीना होगा हमारी नौकरी हमारे भविष्य से अलग नहीं है अगर हमारा काम अच्छा है तो हमारा भविष्य भी अच्छा ही होगा हमें अपने काम को सकारात्मक रूप से आगे करते रहना चाहिए और अपने काम के जुनून को बरकरार रखना चाहिए हमें किसी और अन्य कारण से हमें अपने काम पर कोई प्रभाव नहीं डालना चाहिए चाहे वो प्रभाव पारिवारिक हो या किसी और कारण का हमें ईमानदारी से काम करते रहना चाहिए और अगर कोई विवाद होता भी है तो हम उसे प्रेम पूर्वक सुलझाए मध्यस्थता से समझाएं ताकी हमारा भविष्य बेहतर बनता चले और हम उन्नति करते रहे जिससे हम चिंता मुक्त रहेंगे और खुश रहेंगे अपना जुनून अपने काम के प्रति बनाए रखना है आशा करता हूं मेरे विचार आपको पसंद आए होंगे मेरे क्लॉक को फॉलो बटन पर क्लिक करके फॉलो करें और इसे शेयर जरूर करें धन्यवाद।
